To track the status of your admission application, follow the step-by-step guide below:
- Visit the University of the Free State Website: https://www.ufs.ac.za/.
- On the Home page: Navigate the main MENU and click on the ‘Students’ tab.
- After entering the students page, click the ‘Student Self Service’ tab on the active KovsieLife webpage.
- After clicking on ‘Student Self Service’, you will be navigated to the Oracle PeopleSoft system.
- Once you have navigated to the Oracle PeopleSoft system: Type in your student number in the User ID text box; type in your password in the Password text box; and click ‘Sign In’ once you have typed in your student number and password.
- Once you have successfully logged in on Oracle PeopleSoft, the system will Take you to the ‘Student Services Center’.
- Find the Application Status Section: Once logged in, navigate to the Student Services Center page and look for the link that says, “View Application Status”. Click the ‘View Application’ link to track your application(s) status.
- Check and verify your application status: After clicking the link, your application status information will be displayed. Here, you will be able to see if your application has been received, is being processed, or if a decision has already been made.
