Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
Grade 12 /NCV4/NSC3/N3 and Language at NQF4 with 120 credits
Experience:
2 Years’ experience in Maintenance/Coal Logistics
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of maintenance processes
- Ability to use maintenance Computerised systems
- Knowledge of SAP PM
- Knowledge of Database Basics and appropriate application
- Knowledge of office techniques
- Communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Coaching skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate master data integrity and change control
- Render SAP PM support and training
- Capturing maintenance data, time capturing of completed work (shop papers) on SAP PM and capturing information on work package documents
- Scanning, linking, and filing maintenance documents
- Assist with stock optimization
- Updating the maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs), presentation(s)
- Perform various administrative duties
