Safari by Z, part of the Z Group of companies, are looking for a high-performing Senior Safari Sales & Marketing Manager.

Responsible for Safari by Z sales team, helping them increase sales and safari profit margins.

Based in our Arusha, Tanzania office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of safari sales consultants, ensuring they provide
exceptional customer service and support throughout each sale.
• Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Expanding the existing sales platform
• Reporting to the head offices in London & Zanzibar

Requirements and skills
• Successful previous experience as a safari sales manager, with a
minimum 5 years previous experience in a management role
• Proven ability to convert sales enquiries in the mid to high end
range
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English, including excellent grammar and
punctuation
• Familiar with all safari sales booking platforms and other potential
sales platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
